Definition
This variable indicates if the dwelling belongs to a condominium - housing units whose occupants share ownership and use of certain common areas and facilities with other households. Condominiums may be either units in apartment buildings or single-family houses. For census purposes, mobile homes, trailers, and other housing units cannot have condominium status.
