Two or more words may be needed in both questions. Rather than using the terms <span class="em">employee </span>or <span class="em">worker</span>, use specific descriptions of the kind of work done. Be sure to indicate supervisory or management responsibilities if they apply.<br /><span class="em">For example, rather than:</span> maintenance, repair work, office work, clerical, inspecting, supervising. <span class="em">A more complete response would be:</span> maintaining electrical equipment; repair and maintenance of electrical motors; type, general office work; typing and filing; inspecting electronic equipment; supervising assembly of electronic equipment [respectively].<br />For persons who are members of a religious order engaged in teaching or nursing for example, report these secular activities rather than the religious activities.</div><br /></svar>
