Definition
Write on 1 till 5 details the name and code of the province, regency / municipality, district, village / urban / UPT / PMT, and the status of the area (urban or rural). Writing code is the village / urban / UPT / PMT in Block I R.4 and status of urban / rural in Block I R.5 follow List Name Village / Village SP2000-DESA (1999). See Appendix 1.
If no name of the village / villages which are not listed on the SP2000-DESA, rural / urban as long as they remain minced no legal basis. The legal basis is meant here is the Home Minister or SK SK SK Governor or the Minister of Transmigration and PPH specifically for UPT / SK SPT and specific Minister for PMT. Code villages / urban only resumed in accordance with the location as depicted on the sketch map SP2000-WA. For rural / urban or other administrative areas undergoing changes, a new identity code is filled in accordance with the method of giving the administration area code number (see Appendix 2).
