Housing Development Company (Developer) is a legal entity engaged in the business of property development.
Developers here can be done by Perum Housing or private companies.
Number of housing units as calculated here is ready occupied housing units and was completed in the last two years.
The house is classified according to floor area:
1). The house is very modest (RSS) building floor size <21m 2 (type 21)
2). Simple house (hospital) building floor size between 21m 2 to 70m 2.
3). Medium-sized houses, building floor size between 71m 2 to 200m 2.
4). Luxury house, floor size and downs over 200m 2.
