This file contains data pertaining to Sections 1 to 4 of the questionnaire.

Sect: 1 - Geographical Location of the Institution
2 - General Information about the institution
3 - Type of ownership
4 - Information about the branches

This file contains data pertaining to Section 4.2 of the questionnaire which is a table to fill the branch details (to a max of 3) if the institute operates branches in this Divisional Secretariat Division.

The table has nine columns (Name of MC/Nos./Code, Name of UC/Nos./Code, Name of PS/Nos./Code) and three rows.

This file contains data pertaining to Section 5 of the questionnaire - Type of Activities.

An institution can have one or more activities. Two blank lines have been provided in the questionnaire to specify any activities not included in the list. If the institution has four activities the first four activity fields have to be filled in succession. Prioritization of the three most important activities is also needed.

This file contains data pertaining to Section 6 of the questionnaire - the names of the Districts in which financial activities are performed.

This file contains data pertaining to Section 7 of the questionnaire - the details about source of funds.

This file contains data pertaining to Section 7.4 and 7.5 of the questionnaire

7.4 is about Local institutions and section 7.5 is about Foreign institutions.

The name/names of the funding institutions has to be entered in relevant cages of the table with the corresponding amount in Rs. millions (when encircling code 3 the information of the institutions in both local and foreign columns has to be written)
Eg: Seed Financial Institution gets funds from its mother soceity and from the foreign countries.

This file contains data pertaining to Sections 8,9,10 1nd 11 of the questionnaire.

9 - Annual Auditing
10 - Employment as at the month of March 2005
11 - Any other information.
