This HIES data file contains responses to questions about household members present and household members absent (sections 5-8 of the HIES). The codes used for industry of employment (Block 7) refer to the International Standard Industrial Classification. Only the first three digits were used. For occupation group codes, the first three digits of the International Standard classification of occupations was used.
