Description A one-page questionnaire which can accommodate as many as five (5) crops. An answer grid for each crop can accommodate 5 farmers-respondents.

The questionnaire also serves as the provincial summary worksheet. The rows for the name of the sample farmers shall be used for the five (5) sample municipalities or five (5) sample plantation farms.

Description This is the sixth issue of Crops Statistics of the Philippines, an annual publication of the Bureau of Agricultural Statistics (BAS). As in the previous issues, this report presents annual production statistics of 21 major crops and 20 minor priority crops with national and regional levels of disaggregation. These crops are classified into Cereals, Fruit Crops, Non-Food and Industrial Crops and Vegetables and Root crops. The reference period is 2003 to 2008. Production statistics of major varieties for banana and mango are also included in this report.
