Definition

Fresh Meat includes consumption on fresh meat by the family. Other fresh meat includes deer's meat, horse's meat, frog's meat, turtle's meat, edible birds nest etc. Meat Preparations covers the consumption of processed meat by the family. Canned refers to meat products, which are packed and are sold in tin cans like corned beef, vienna sausages, meat loaves, ham, potted meat, liver spread, etc. Uncanned refers to manufactured and processed meat products which can either be bought packed in polyethylene bags or per kilo or per piece like tocino, longganisa, bacon, ham, hotdogs, tapa, etc.
