Interviewer instructions

For the persons, who have ever enrolled for any course i.e. those having code ‘1’ in item 3, the items 4 to 12 are to be filled in. As the details relate to the last course, it is possible that this may not be the same as his educational level reported in block 4. To be more precise, the level of this course should be either equal or higher than his educational level as reported in block 4.

It is to be ascertained whether the household member has completed the level where he last enrolled or not. For example, if a person enrols in higher secondary level and completes it then the entry should be 1. If he had discontinued in class 11 or 12, then entry should be 2.
