The data contains information that was collected using the 2012-2013 Household Income and Expenditure Survey Questionnaire, Section 5.5.2 (Income by Chance or adhoc gains during last calendar 12 months). There is only one variable in the data that is related to Section 5.3 of the survey questionnaire and this variable contains information on whether any of the household members gains income by chance or adhoc during last 12 months.
