The present report is the first one in a series of three reports to be brought out based on the survey on unorganized manufacturing enterprises. Apart from information on estimated number of enterprises and number of workers, the report provides the information on operational characteristics of the enterprises like location of enterprise, maintenance of accounts, number of working hours, nature of operation etc. at all India level for different industry groups and at the level of states / UTs for all the industry groups taken together. |
