    Abstract

    The Multi-Sector Needs Assessment (MSNA) was conducted between July and September 2025 to identify the priority needs of refugees and asylum-seekers in Sudan and to inform planning for the 2026 Country Refugee Response Plan (CRP).

    UNHCR implemented the assessment across 12 states, covering more than 3,000 households and approximately 14,000 individuals. The findings contribute to both the Humanitarian Needs and Response Plan (HNRP) and the Country Refugee Response Plan, supporting a more targeted, coordinated, and evidence-based humanitarian response.
