Es el registro de si algún miembro del hogar tiene Carnet de Discapacidad o afiliacion
Universe
Los miembros del hogar que en la pregunta anterior haya respondido alguna dificultad permanente que limite o impida realizar algunas actividades cotidianas (2) mucha dificultad (3) y total dificultad (4).
Source of information
Al iniciar la recoleccion de datos el informante debe ser el jefe de hogar en caso no se encuentre se debe preguntar por una persona capacitada que pueda responder, esta persona debe ser residente habitual del hogar y tener como minimo 15 años de edad, el informante ya sea el jefe de hogar o la persona capacitada con edad minima de 15 años es informante directo porque da informacion de si mismo y a la vez indirecto porque da informacion de el resto de los miembros del hogar.
