Definition

El objetivo de esta pregunta es indagar si la población menor de 18 años se encuentra inscrita en el Registro Civico. El certificado o acta de nacimiento es el documento físico que acredita su inscripción en el mencionado registro.

Si responde "Sí", se pregunta: ¿Puedo verlo?
Si el entrevistado muestra el certificado: se verifica la fecha de nacimiento y se corrige la edad en la pregunta 3 si fuera necesario.
