Si tiene Carnet de Salud infantil y/o Certificado de nacido vivo.

Pregunta sobre el certificado de nacido/a vivo/a del/la niño/a, es posible que la madre no tenga en ese momento el certificado, por tanto, se pide su carnet de salud infantil para anotar las vacunas, de ahí se registra el peso del niño/a al nacer, en caso de no tener ninguno de los dos, entonces se consulta cuánto peso el/la niño/a al nacer.

Las mujeres entre 12 a 49 años de edad, que son residentes habituales del hogar o visitantes que estuvieron en el hogar durante la noche antes del día de la entrevista se consideran elegibles para ser entrevistadas.
