    Abstract

The Results Monitoring Surveys (RMS) in Uganda assess changes in the living conditions and well-being of forcibly displaced and stateless populations. Conducted between November 2024 and January 2025 by the Norwegian Refugee Council, the household-level survey covers multiple thematic areas, including housing, health, protection, education, livelihoods, and WASH. Using a stratified cluster sampling approach, the RMS provides standardized, context-specific indicators aligned with UNHCR's Results Framework to inform evidence-based programming and advocacy.
