Prices of all agricultural items, being more volatile in nature, are collected monthly, that is, on the first Saturday of the month. Prices of all other items are gathered during the first week of the second month of every quarter. \n\nSchool fees and related charges are collected once a year, that is, at the start of the academic year and is used for all succeeding quarters until the next academic year.
