The survey uses a mail-in questionnaire, covering the Bank's overall contribution and support to development, Bank officials' interactions with clients, various aspects of project design and implementation, and non-lending services. The questionnaire may be custom-tailored to gather needed country-specific information. Optional sections may be added to ask about the role of the Bank's country office, how well the Bank works with others, and the Bank's role in donor coordination and mobilization of resources.
