Use this section to describe evaluation procedures not address in data evaluation processes.
These may include issues such as timing of the study, sequencing issues, cost/budget issues,
relevance, instituional or legal arrangments etc. of the study.

The completionDate attribute holds the date the evaluation was completed.
The type attribute is an optional type to identify the type of evaluation with or without

Collector Training

Describes the training provided to data collectors including internviewer training, process testing,
compliance with standards etc. This is repeatable for language and to capture different aspects of the
training process. The type attribute allows specification of the type of training being described.

<sampProc>A stratified two-stage probability sample design was used in sample (business households) selection. The first stage was the selection of Enumeration Areas (EAs) as the Primary Sampling Units (PSUs) selected with probability proportional to measure of size (PPS), where Measure of Size (MOS) was the number of households selected in the EA as per 2001 Population and Housing Census. A total of 576 (out of 3,201) EAs was selected. At the second stage of sampling, business households were systematically selected from a fresh list of occupied business households prepared at the beginning of the survey field work (i.e. listing of business for the selected EAs). Overall 6,450 business households were systematically selected for enumeration. The sample design covered three geographical regions i.e. Cities & Towns, Urban villages and Rural settlements.</sampProc>
