Women were randomly selected from two out of the three villages of the Lama forest, Agadjaligbo and Zalim\u00e9, which were chosen for their accessibility. The interviewers started from a crossroads in each village. One of the four paths leading from the cross was chosen and the first household was visited. In case of absence, the household next door was visited. Consecutive households were not selected; one household was interviewed, and then 2, 3 or 4 households were skipped.
