| Abstract | This paper sees Nigerian educational system in crisis. Under-resourcefulness at the human, physical, material and financial levels is the major critical flashpoints of the crisis situation. The positive impact of new technologies is yet to be felt in most of the Nigerian schools. The greatest of all the challenges is teacher resourcefulness, the beginning of all digital, on-line, e-learning language teaching-learning in Nigeria. The best of all resources in the hands of an illiterate or semi-illiterate language teacher can do more harm than good. Upgrade teacher resource level and all other resources become productive and effective. |
