Definition
For household members who slept under a bed net the previous night, MLNETOBS (HML3) indicates whether the interviewer observed the net the person slept under.

For household members who slept under more than one bed net the previous night, MLNETOBS refers to the net numbered in MLNETINDX (HMLIDX).
