Dot the correct boxes, i.e. M for male and F for female<br /><br /><span class="em">"Is that child alive or dead?"</span> Dot the correct boxes, i.e. A for alive and D for dead.<br /><br /><span class="pg">[P. 55]</span><br /><br />There remain two more questions for everyone - travel and income.
