<svar a="all" v="ZA01A436 ZA01A437"><span class="em">Question P-15 -- Father alive</span><br /><br />This question works in exactly in the same way as the previous question.<br /><br /><span class="em">P-15 "Is (the person's) own biological father still alive?"</span><br /><br />Again we do <span class="em">not</span> mean stepfather or father by adoption.<br /><br />Dot one alternative -- "Yes", "No" or "Don't know". Answer "Don't know" only if nobody in the household can help you to find the correct answer.<br /><br />If "No" or "Don't know" skip P-15a and go to P-16. If "Yes" go to Question P-15a.<br /><br /><span class="em">P-15a "Who in this household is (the person's) father?"</span><br /><span class="pg">[P. 46]</span><br /><br />If the person's father is a member of this household, give the row number of the father in the appropriate space.<br /><br />If the person's father does not live in the household write "99".<br /></svar>
