Variable de uso interno y sirve para identificar la residencia de la madre del recién nacido.

Se considera residente aquella madre que tiene la residencia habitual igual al lugar de ocurrencia del nacimiento.
Universe
Todas las madres de los recién nacidos ocurridos y registrados en el territorio nacional durante el año de investigación que tienen la residencia habitual igual al lugar de ocurrencia.
