Definition
Determinar a los sub-empleados por horas, entendiéndose como tales a aquellos que trabajando menos de la jornada normal, querían trabajar más horas.
En esta pregunta se indaga por la voluntad y disponibilidad de trabajar horas adicionales a las declaradas con el fin de aumentar sus ingresos. Ambas condiciones deberán cumplirse simultáneamente.

Todos los residentes habituales del hogar con 14 años y más de edad y que contestaron Si (1) en la pregunta 201 o 202 o 203 o en alguna alternativa de la pregunta 204.
