Se refiere al ingreso Total que percibió su Institución en el 2010 por concepto de: Presupuesto Gobierno Central.

Presupuesto del Gobierno Central:

Es la parte del PGE directamente administrada por el Gobierno y sus instituciones, a través del Ministerio de Finanzas en el marco de la legislación vigente. Por ejemplo en el presupuesto inicial del 2008, éste representó cerca del 59% del PGE, incluyendo las fuentes de financiamiento internas y externas. La diferencia del 41% correspondió a los recursos administrados por las Entidades Descentralizadas y Autónomas, como municipios, consejos provinciales, juntas parroquiales y la Seguridad Social (IESS, ISSFA, ISSPOL).
