<p>In which locality or area is the learning establishment to which he/she attended located?</p>
<p>This question is asked of those currently attending an establishment of learning. Mark the option:</p>

<li>In this locality or area: If the person attended an education center in the same locality </li>
<li>or area in which he/she is being interviewed.</li>
<li>In another locality of this department: If the person attended an education center in the same locality or area in which he/she is being interviewed.</li>
</ul><ul class="b2">
<li>Select the name of the locality from the list the system displays.</li>
<li>If the name of the locality is not on the list, consult the informant about where the place was in a rural area. If it is so, mark the option "rural."</li>
<li>If the informant responds that it was an urban area, ask him/him if that locality is known by another name and search for the said name in the list.</li>
<li>If the locality is known by another name or the name is not on the list, select the option "other." This option will only be used in very exceptional cases.</li>
