<p>The question allows us to capture the residency of the person immediately prior, in the case that he/she has migrated at some point. Select the option:</p>
<ul class="b1">
<li>In another locality of this department: If the person went to reside in another locality or area of the same department in which he/she is being interviewed.</li>
</ul><ul class="b2">
<li>Select the name of the locality from the list that the system displays.</li>
<li>If the name of the locality is not on the list, consult the informant as to whether the place was in a rural area. If it is so, mark the option "rural."</li>
<li>If the informant responds that it was an urban area, ask him/him if that locality is known by another name and search for the said name in the list.</li>
<li>If the locality is known by another name or the name is not on the list, select the option "other." This option will only be used in very exceptional cases.</li>
