Mark the "Outside the United States" box, and then print Puerto Rico or the name of the foreign country or area where the person was born. Use current boundaries, not boundaries at the time of the person's birth. For example, specify whether Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland (Eire); North or South Korea; England, Scotland, or Wales (not Great Britain or United Kingdom). Specify the particular country or island in the Caribbean (for example, Jamaica, not West Indies).
