It is considered that the enumerated has worked as many hours as he was present in his work, e.g. the establishment, enterprise, service or/and outside work, regardless of whether or not during this time he did not worked. So, the shopkeeper opening his shop is considered that worked as many hours as the shop were open regardless of whether or not they were any sales during that time.<br /></svar>
