<svar a="all" v="CR00A032 CR00A033 CR00A034"><span class="h3">Question 7: Condition of the outside walls, roof and floor</span><br /><br />For each case you should make an appreciation that will permit you to judge in what state each of the parts of the building are in, the outside walls, the roof and the floor. If any doubt exists, investigate with the enumerated person.<br /><br />[To the right of the text is a form.]<br /><br />Select and mark with "X" the correct responses, according to the following criteria:<br /><br /><span class="em">Poor</span>: <span class="em">Major structural deterioration</span> is present that requires a <span class="em">partial or total substitution</span> of the affected areas: sunken or rotten bases, cracks, holes, etc.<br /><br />These anomalies constitute an <span class="em">immediate danger</span> for the inhabitants of the dwelling since it leaves them at the mercy of rain, wind, collapses and other possible mishaps that are against their wellbeing.<br /><br /><span class="em">Fair</span>: Some <span class="em">deterioration</span> or structural defect is present, that requires <span class="em">repair</span>: damaged planks, missing bricks, small cracks, etc.<br /><br />These damages, nevertheless, do not constitute an imminent danger for the residents of the dwelling.<br /><br /><span class="em">Good</span>: The parts represent <span class="em">no deterioration</span>: cracks, holes, sinking, etc, nor any structural flaws.<br /><br /><span class="pg">[p. 43]</span><br /></svar>
