<svar a="all" v="BR10A426 BR10A427 BR10A428 BR10A429"><span class="em">6.26 - In which state, city or foreign country did you live on July 31, 2005?</span><br /><div class="i1">1 - State/Municipality<br />2 - Foreign Country</div><br /><br />Record the name of the state and the municipality or the name of the foreign country where the person resided on July 31, 2005.<br /> <br /><span class="pg">[page 210]</span><br /> <br />If the person does not know the name of the state or the name of the municipality where he/she resided on July 31, 2005, record "Does not know state" for state and "Does not know municipality" for municipality.<br /><br />If the person only knows the name of the state, register its name and "Does not know the municipality" for municipality.<br /><br />If the person only knows the name of the municipality, record "Does not know state" for state and the name of the municipality in which he/she lived on 31 July 2005.<br /><br />For the person who resided in a foreign country on July 31, 2005, record the name of the country where he/she resided.<br /><br />If he/she does not know the name of the foreign country, register "Does not know for foreign country."<br /><br />If the foreign country or a state has changed its name, record the current name.<br /><br />If the municipality has changed the name or has been emancipated, record the current name.<br /><br />In rare cases, if the person cannot answer the question, please register "Do not know state or foreign country".
