<p><svar v="AT81A055">(3) Living areas are: Living rooms, bedrooms, children's and guest rooms (for relatives, friends), as long as they have a minimum of 4 m2.<br />Livings areas are not: Kitchens, kitchen-cum-living-room, and adjoining rooms (anteroom, entrance hall, bathroom, storeroom, dining room, closet room, veranda, etc.).<br />Rooms (to let) (for commercial or rather private rooms for rent) are likewise not included as living areas because they are not meant for personal use.<br /></svar>
