Interviewer instructions

You must finish all of section 2 for one household member before going on to the next
member. If you ask all members one page at a time, it is easy to miss skip patterns and waste time of the household.
Ask people currently not studying about the school they last attended. For example,
a person currently retired who had earlier studied was upper secondary, then the last school
attended was upper secondary. If a person who had completed upper secondary and entered the
university and later on go their PhD, then the last school attended was university. If a person has completed upper secondary, then went on to the university, then went on to study a vocation in a job placement center in the district then the last level of education was vocational education record code 5 (Vocational training). Code 5 includes technical worker school, technical high school, occupational high school of the government and non-government as well as vocational training centers opened by various organizations or individuals.
