It can be said Reading, if someone had read at least one topic over the past week,and he knows / understands the contents of the topic or at a minimum had read one page of a book. Parents who read a storybook to the children is categorized reading a storybook, while the children who just listen are not categorized as reading.

Storybooks are books issued by publishers containing stories including illustrated stories e.g. silat (martial arts) stories, comics.
