Definition
1. Owned but controlled by other party, is owned agricultural land occupied by households that another party by way of lease, been distributed, mortgage, or other such land handed over to another party with free rent and other hand-held lands illegally.
2. Dryland, is all the land in addition to the usual rice fields planted with crops / upland rice, such as garden soil, garden (moor), huma / fields, pond, ponds, lakes, swamps and more.
