Definition

1. Owned, is agricultural land arising from the purchase, inheritance, grants, and owned by land reform, ordinary petition, the division of land transmigration, the division of land from forest clearance and customary law.
2. Dryland, is all the land in addition to the usual rice fields planted with crops / upland rice, such as garden soil, garden (moor), huma / fields, pond, ponds, lakes, swamps and more.
