Definition
Crime victim is a person who himself or his possession suffers from criminal act of criminal attempt for the last one year.
The definition of criminal act in this survey is all criminal actions and violations that are punishable by law based on Book of Criminal Law (KUHP), in regards to personal safety and posession, for example murder, assault, kidnapping or deprivation of liberty, theft with or without violence, burning, damaging, smuggling, fraud, rape, insult, illegal drugs, children trafficking, and aspersion. This survey only records victims of crimes, not the perpetrator of crime.
