Definition
Social security is the protection and maintenance of the entire system of social welfare for citizens organized by the Government and or non government.

Labor Social Security (Jamsostek) is a protection for the workforce in the form of monetary compensation in lieu of a portion of the revenue that is lost or reduced and service as a result of events or circumstances experienced by workers in the form of a work accident, sick, pregnant, maternity, old age and death. Example: labor insurance, health insurance, ASABRI, PT Jamsostek, Askes, TASPEN and The Pension Fund Foundation.
