A fin de confirmar y tener seguridad de la edad de la persona, pregunta y anota la fecha de nacimiento, iniciando por el día, luego el mes y finalmente el año, registrando los cuatro dígitos que componen el mismo.
Si la persona informante no recuerda o no sabe el dato, anota NS/NR como última alternativa en la casilla correspondiente.
