Esta pregunta busca captar los emigrantes internacionales de retorno que no hayan podido ser captados a partir de las dos preguntas anteriores. Por ejemplo, si una persona volvió del extranjero, pero fijó residencia en una localidad diferente de la actual, con las preguntas anteriores se podrá captar su último movimiento interno, pero se perderá la información sobre si es un emigrante internacional de retorno.
