Definition
GEO2_JOX identifies the district within Jordan in 2004. Districts are the second level administrative units of the country, after governorates. GEO2_JOX is harmonized by name and does not account for boundary changes over time.

For cross-national geographic analysis on the first and second major administrative level of any country refer to GEOLEV1, and GEOLEV2.
