Interviewer instructions
5.1.0 Block 1: Identification of sample household: The identification particulars of the sample household will be recorded in this block. The instructions to be followed will be the same as those given in paragraphs 4.1.1 to 4.1.7.
However, the following points may be borne in mind:
(i) In item 'survey sequence' (item-14), code to be recorded will be 1 if Schedule 10 is canvassed first and it will be 2, if Schedule 10 is canvassed after canvassing Schedule 1.0 in the sample household.
(ii) In item 'response code' (item-16), the description for code 5 will be 'fatigue due to responses given for Schedule 1.0'.
However, the following points may be borne in mind:
