Definition

Poor letter / letter SKTM is poor or the Certificate of Ability (SKTM) issued by the village chief / headman, after verification by the health center. Health centers do pengecekkan or verification to the poor families who can not afford or fit with the existing criteria to ensure that the family is really poor or can not afford. Poor letter is valid only once at the time of illness.
