Column (1): there is aid / assistance received is derived from the people, the Government of the Village / Village, District / City Government, Provincial Government, Central Government, political parties, NGOs (domestic), mass media (eg: SCTV Care) , community organizations / communities / religious groups, overseas (whether individuals, groups / organizations and government), and others.
Residents in question is concerned villagers. When there are several people who gather on the delivery of aid and assistance on behalf of youth / specific study then put into the category of civil society / communities / religious groups. Whereas when the help comes from people outside the village, then insert it into another.
