The restaurant is a company / business serving and selling food and drinks to the public at the place of business is located in part or all of the permanent building, includes equipment and supplies manufacturing process, storage and presentation. Manufacturing process from raw materials into finished materials is done at his place of business. By DG
Tourism / Office Parpostel restaurants classified into three, namely, Trays Kencana,
Selaka Trays and Trays gangsa (assessment criteria such as equipment, vehicle parking, cleanliness, etc.).
Restaurant licenses and qualifications awarded by the Directorate General of Tourism / local Parpostel Office. Eating house license granted by Diparda (at district / city) that is granting the Department of Tourism are usually handled by the Directorate of the Economy / Economic Section of local government.
The diner is a company / business activities only provide / sell food (dishes) and drinks to the public at his place of business, the manufacturing process from raw materials into finished materials are not done in his place of business, including restaurants, tent or roadside café that only open at night.
