Definition
Secretary of the village / municipality (Sekdes) has the task of running the government administration, community development and rural / urban as well as assist the village chief / headman as well as providing administrative services to the community. To carry out the duties as aforesaid village secretary / village has a function:
1. Carry out paperwork, filing and reporting
2. Implement financial affairs
3. Implement administrative, development and social
4. Carry out the duties and functions of the village chief / headman when the village chief / headman was unable to perform his duties
Age is calculated in years by rounding down or age at last birthday. Calculations based on the Gregorian calendar year.
Example: If the old village chief / headman 45 years 11 months, was written 45 years.
Attained the highest education completed is education classes or lessons at the last level so he gets marks graduation / diploma.
For example, courses up to level 3 from level S1, then circled code is 4 (just graduated from BC and equal).
