Definition
Luxury residential occupancy by a group of local people were considered luxury items, including condos / apartments. With luxury residential characteristics, number jumahnya = 10 homes and or have a four-wheel vehicle. Usually have special security around the residential area of land / plots of more than 200 m 2.
Slums are residential and business environment which is characterized by:
1. Many homes uninhabitable,
2. Many sewage jammed,
3. Population / building highly dense,
4. Many people do not defecate in latrines,
5. Usually located in marginal areas (such as at the edge of the river, railroad).
The house is not habitable houses made of scrap materials / waste (such as pieces of plywood, plastic sheets rest, etc.) are considered not suitable for residing or located in areas not designated for settlement. Including slum.
