Description

Definition
These details are intended to determine the number of families living on the banks / edge or border rivers and streams.
Land along the river is on both sides along the riverbed is calculated from the edge to the foot of the embankment (PP No. 35 Year 1991 on the river).
Basin trough is formed by the natural flow of the river, or excavation to drain a certain amount of water (Presidential Decree No.32/1990).
Is a riparian area along side rivers, including the artificial river / canal / primary irrigation channels that have important benefits to maintain the preservation of the river.
Riparian criteria;
1). At least 100 feet on either side of the river and 50 feet on either side of the creek is located outside the settlement.
2). For the river in the residential area of 10-15 meters.
